Thank you for presenting at the 23rd European Congress of Internal Medicine (ECIM2025)

Poster Discussion Presentation

  • Poster Discussions will take place during designated Poster Discussion sessions at afternoon breaks. Posters Discussion will be on display in three shifts for the duration of the Congress. Please refer to the scientific programme for more details on the session timing.
  • Poster board number will be announced on the website.
  • Please make sure to check the online schedule regularly for updates as changes may occur.

  • The Organisers are not responsible for loss of any posters that have not been removed by time mentioned above.
  • The discussion sessions will be moderated by a chairperson.
  • Poster Discussion presenters are requested to arrive at their stations on time. The time of the presentation is 7 minutes including 2 minutes for questions.
  • The dimensions of the poster board are PORTRAIT.
  • The dimensions of the poster should not exceed 70cm wide x 90cm high.
  • Allocate the top of the poster for the title and authors as stated on the submitted abstract.
  • The text, illustrations, etc. should be bold enough to be read from a distance of two meters (six feet).
  • Technical equipment will be available for the mounting of posters. Staff will also be available to assist you at the designated Poster Helpdesk at the Congress venue.
  • Before printing, please double-check the dimensions with your print service provider to avoid low print quality.
  • Please note that you are required to print and bring your own poster.
  • Only abstracts of participants who have paid their fees by January 28, 2025, will be included in the Scientific Program. Please click here to register. Failure to register before this date will result in removal from the Scientific Programme.

Poster Presentation (View Only)

  • There will be no discussion for this poster presentation. There will be designated poster area for poster viewing only.
  • Posters Discussion will be on display in three shifts for the duration of the Congress. This poster schedule will be announced on the web site.
  • Schedule for Posters (View Only) will be announced in the first week of February.
  • Presenting authors of accepted abstracts were required to register no later than January 28, 2025. Failure to register before this date will result in removal from the Scientific Programme.

Oral Presentation

  • Any format can be used in presentation, there is no template ppt.
  • The first slide of your presentation must be your name and presentation title.
  • Presentation files will be accepted in .ppt and .pptx only
  • The aspect ratio of your presentation must be 16:9.
  • The size of any given presentation should not exceed 200 MB.
  • Please adhere to the allotted time for your presentation to ensure the program runs smoothly. Should your presentation exceed the designated time, the chairperson may need to intervene. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter.
  • We kindly request you to be present in the hall at least 10 minutes before the start of your session.
