Opening Ceremony
The ECIM 2025 Opening Ceremony will take place on Wednesday, 5 March 2025, at 18:25, in the Auditorium of Palazzo Dei Congressi (PDC).

A cloakroom will be available (-1 Floor) at Palazzo degli Affari throughout the congress.

Catering
Congress registration includes coffee break services. Additionally, cash bar areas will be available at the congress center between 09:00 – 15:00. There are also several restaurant options within walking distance of the venue.
Dining in Florence
Italian dining culture follows a structured schedule, with lunch typically served between 12:00 – 15:00 and dinner starting around 19:00. However, many restaurants in Florence cater to international visitors with extended hours. It is highly recommended to make reservations in advance, especially on weekends, as popular restaurants fill up quickly.
Transportation
Uber is not available in Florence; however, taxis can be booked using the AppTaxi service.
Official Language
The official language of ECIM 2025 will be English.
