IMPORTANT NOTE – ITALIAN REGULATIONS
Any pharmaceutical company supporting or participating in a congress in Italy, is subjected to an authorization by AIFA (Italian Drug Agency), according to an Italian Government Decree (Decreto Legislativo 219/06 – art. 124).
The request of authorization must be submitted within 60 days before the starting date of the event. Non-Italian pharmaceutical companies are advised to contact the Official Italian Agency appointed by the Organising secretariat WITHIN 20 September 2024:
This request of participation process will take place through a local agency acting as provider and point of coordination for every pharmaceutical company taking part in the Conference.
AIM Education S.r.l., subsidiary of AIM GROUP INTERNATIONAL S.p.A., is appointed as the Official Italian Agency delegate to collect on our behalf all applications from the Pharmaceutical Companies and to submit to AIFA
